The visitors arrived in West Sussex unbeaten in the U18 Isthmian League South but they were in for a shock with a powerful display from the hosts that fully merited the triumph.
Tom Holland, pictured, who regularly features in the plans of first team boss Robbie Blake, was on hand to open the scoring after just three minutes. He slotted home with ease after a perceptive ball from Liam Murphy that gave the young Rocks a dream start.
More was to come. Just before the half-time whistle, after some great attacking football Toby Hewett gained possession and turned well to strike the ball into the far top corner for 2-0.
Buoyed by their first half display, Bognor carried on where they left off. Chances came and went before Sammy Schofield hit home a powerful shot to make it 3-0 on 71 minutes.
Watching U18s chairman Trevor Hall was delighted with the display. He said: “We dominated the unbeaten League leaders from start to finish. With outstanding performances from all the players in a very fast, attacking game we gave the visitors no chance and the scoreline could have been higher.”
