He said: “The day and the game are being done to say thank you to the club and the fans for your continued support throughout my 15-year tenure. I wanted to give something back to the fans but then it also seemed a great opportunity to raise some money for such a worthy cause; please remember to bring cash if you are considering a donation.

“The bar will be open before, during and after the game. The two teams will be made up of Rocks players I played with from 2008 until 2023. Please come down and show your support for a great cause and your chance to roll back the years and see ex-Rocks take to the pitch.”
