Two goals in either half saw Lucas Pattenden and Harvey Whyte find the net but not until after Rocks went behind twice with two Ollie Starkey goals.
Bognor got off to a poor start as Joe Briffa passed it straight out to Ollie Starkey who ran into the area and then he fired it low and into the net.
It didn’t take long for Bognor to get the equaliser on 5 minutes as Bradley Lethbridge did well to run down the left and whip in a cross for Lucas Pattenden to head home.
Ryan Hall went into the book a minute later as he was swooping in after a run inside from Littlehampton. The shot by Arron Hopkinson was curled straight at Hall who saved it easily.
Tommy-Lee Higgs got a shot away on the turn after good work by Pattenden on the right on 13 minutes. Binfield got a good save in, pushing the ball away down to his left.
Joe Summerbell got a chance from distance following a square pass. He hit one from 25 yards out but it rose over the crossbar. The goalkeeper got something on it according to the referee on 15 minutes to award the corner.
Matt Burgess did well to turn and split the defence with a pass to Dan Smith who had only Binfield to beat but the goalkeeper dived to deny him with a solid save.
Marshall Ball fouled Pattenden on the run as he had beaten the offside trap and he was booked. A freekick was awarded but the ball into the box was knocked back to the goalkeeper by a Littlehampton defender.
Briffa went into the book on 37 minutes for a small shove in midfield.
HT 1-1
Sam De St Croix won an early freekick about 22 yards out. Calvin Davies stepped up to curl the ball narrowly over the bar.
De St Croix got a nice ball forward to Lethbridge but after running on some yards he smashed the ball high over the crossbar on 54 minutes.
Dion Jarvis went into the book for kicking the ball away on 57 minutes.
Higgs came back on to replace Smith who took another knock and had to be replaced on 62 minutes.
Mason Nally replaced Davies on 70 minutes in a quiet second half, which needed livening up.
Lethbridge did well to run inside from the left to cross the ball with Higgs underneath it but Binfield got their first on 72 minutes.
Littlehampton went ahead again when a long ball through split the defence and it was Starkey who ran through and struck the ball low into the net on 76 minutes.
Bognor won a penalty on 78 minutes. Isaac Olaniyan got a cross in and he won a penalty as his cross hit the ball off a hand. Up stepped Dan Gifford who hit the ball hard and low from the spot but Binfield did well to deny him an equaliser from the penalty.
Jasper Mather did well to deny Starkey his hat-trick on 80 minutes.
De St Croix hit another chance wide of the goal after a quick run inside from the left.
Rocks got their equaliser on 85 minutes. Olaniyan teed up Mason Nally who squared it into the area and on the rise Harvey Whyte slammed the ball high into the net through the arms of Binfield who was beaten by the power of the shot.
In Bognor’s last chance, Joe Rabbetts played a diagonal ball to Olaniyan on the right before he ran back across the line of defence before shooting wide with his left foot.
The game ended in a draw as Rocks boss Robbie Blake was able to give players more valuable minutes at the MKM Arena. Next up on Saturday 23 September, Rocks return to league action as they welcome Kingstonian to Nyewood Lane with kick off at 3pm.
